Ballaghaderreen Golf Club

A nine-hole parkland course, Ballaghaderreen Golf Club was founded in 1936 and arrived at its present location in the early 1950s. Accuracy here is essential, not because of bunkers, but because of strategically placed trees! Trees play a major part on every hole, or for the better players, perhaps they’ll play no part at all! The 18-hole, par 70 course measures 5,339 metres, and there are alternate tees on six of the back nine holes, so there is little chance to get complacent…
