Castleplunket


 

Castleplunket (Irish: Lios Lachna), historically Lislaghna, is a village in County Roscommon.  It is situated at the junction of the R367 and R377 roads.

The painter Roderic O'Conor (1860 – 1940) was born here.

Castleplunkett is twinned with Nueil Sur Layon.
